ZONE 1 – IRELAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders delivered in in Ireland will be charged €10 for an order up to 2kg in weight for overnight delivery and €5 for each additional side to the same address.
ZONE 2 - UK SHIPPING CHARGES
€25.00 for an order up to 2kg in weight, and add €7.00 for each additional side to the same address.
ZONE 3 – HOLLAND, GERMANY, FRANCE, BELGIUM, LUXENBOURG, MONACO
€35.00 for an order up to 2kg in weight. Add €12.00 for each additional side to the same address.
ZONE 4 – SWITZERLAND, ITALY, DENMARK, PORTUGAL, SPAIN
€40.00 for an order up to 2kg in weight. Add €18.00 for each additional side to the same address.

Option 1 - Pick it up: Orders can be collected from our premises in Cork Street. We only produce to order so please give us 48hr notice either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at +353 1 4737425.
Option 2 - Home delivery: We do home deliveries within reach of Hanlon Smokehouse, for a €10 charge per drop. Please contact us to discuss.
Option 3 - Courier: We offer a next-day courier service around Ireland and the majority of European locations. Please allow 48 hours for deliveries to non-European destinations.
Over the Christmas period please allow up to 48hrs for deliveries to non UK and Ireland locations.
Shipments can be subject to local custom inspections which may incur charges and delays. These are outside our control. Local taxes and duties are to be paid by the recipient.
Hanlon Smokehouse cannot be held responsible for any delays in overseas deliveries due to collection of these duties and taxes, or delay at Customs.
We will not be held responsible if your order arrives late due to local holidays.
Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address, wrong or missing phone number). Hanlon Smokehouse will not be able to accept responsibility nor give refunds/replacement orders in these situations.
We cannot be held responsible for, and will not be able to give refunds in case of, late deliveries caused by the courier service, hold-ups by customs or force majeure.
During the pre-Christmas period, standard delivery times are affected, and we cannot guarantee a delivery on exactly the dates requested.
If the courier service cannot reach anybody at the delivery address stipulated in the order form, the driver is not obliged to make extensive inquiries and arrangements to deliver.
